We get acquainted. Then we get to work.

We get to know your space.
Tell us about your premises by phone or through the quote form: the address, type of space, floor area and desired frequency. A visit then confirms the floors, washrooms, access and constraints.

We agree on the details.
Tasks, exclusions, frequency, access, supplies, price and start date are written into the proposal and service agreement. One lead is assigned to your contract, with one final price and schedule.

We build a working routine.
The agreed tasks are checked at the end of each visit. Anything missed is corrected and, if needed, you are informed. The first visits help us fine-tune the work; changes are confirmed in writing.
The site visit comes before the first recurring quote. Terms are written down before we begin.
