Rue Richelieu and Old Saint-Jean
Rue Richelieu is a commercial and residential street in Old Saint-Jean that the City is revitalizing (patios, street furniture, new paving). Downtown has about a hundred businesses and the Vieux-Saint-Jean public market. According to the downtown special planning program, downtown office space has been increasingly sought after since 2020.
For a shop or restaurant on Rue Richelieu, we focus on what customers see: entrance, reachable glass, counters, dining room, washrooms and floors. For upstairs offices, we clean accessible workstations, kitchenette and shared areas.
The industrial park and company offices
The Saint-Jean sector industrial park, served by Highway 35, hosts more than a hundred companies. We can clean administrative offices, meeting rooms and washrooms there. Industrial cleaning of production areas is not part of our offer.
What you receive before we start
Before the first recurring cleaning, we visit the premises. The quote then sets out tasks, frequency, products, schedule and price. Cleaning can be scheduled any day of the week. Service in French and English.
