A site visit confirms the floor area, surfaces, washrooms, traffic and your priorities. The visit frequency you request in the form is then discussed with you.

Supplies and equipment
Your surfaces have specific needs. Suitable products are confirmed before the first visit, with two options.
Paper, soap and bags: included, billed separately or supplied by you, according to the written agreement.
A scope without ambiguity
This specialized work is outside our standard offer.
For restaurants: commercial kitchens, fryers, grease traps and equipment dismantling are also excluded from the starting offer.

Yes. Cleaning times are agreed for each contract, and our team is available seven days a week by arrangement.
Our starting offer covers the dining room, host area, customer washrooms and floors. Commercial kitchens, hoods and ducts are not included.
You can provide suitable supplies, or we can include them in the quote. The choice is written into the contract.
Terms, including duration, are set out in the service agreement before we start. The online form commits you to nothing.

Competitive prices. Clear savings.
Eligible discounts add together on the same regular price before taxes. Total savings are capped at 100%.
Example: 10 % + 10 % + 5 % = 25 % in combined savings. Only during a billing month when all these discounts are eligible.
Referral credits apply to the calendar month after conversion. The monthly cap has no carryover. For an annual plan, the credit covers that month’s portion. One launch or welcome offer per business. No automatic refunds.
