What you share with us
When you request a quote, we collect your name, company, email, phone number and property address. The form also asks for the type of space, floor area and desired frequency. Required fields are marked; additional details are optional.
We keep your answers, the prepared proposal, applied promotions and any response you provide to the quote. Avoid entering access codes, health information or other sensitive information in the form.
How we use this information
They help us understand your needs, prepare a quote, arrange a site visit and contact you. If you become a client, they also help us organize and follow up on the agreed service.
Sending a request allows us to follow up about that request. It does not subscribe you to an advertising list. No advertising or audience analytics tools are installed on the site.
Services that help us
Hosting and requests
The public site is hosted on Vercel and requests are stored in a private Neon database. Hosting providers may process technical data, including IP addresses and security logs, and information may be processed outside Québec. Requests are not displayed publicly.
Quote emails
When email delivery is enabled, the configured provider, Resend or Brevo, delivers messages needed to follow up on your request. A quote may contain a personal link valid for 30 days to send us your response. These providers may process information outside Québec.
Address suggestions
By default, suggestions use a Québec street and municipality directory downloaded with the form. Search runs in your browser without sending your typing to a mapping service. On selection, a small file from the Québec address directory fills in the postal code when the civic number and street match exactly. If postal codes vary by unit, an apartment or office number may be needed. Addresses missing from the directory or ambiguous matches must be completed manually.

If Google Places is enabled in the future, typing used for suggestions will be sent to Google. Results may also supply an available postal code. You can always enter or correct your address manually.
Google Maps suggestions, when used, are subject to the Google Maps terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
Retention and protection
Retention depends on the follow-up to your request, any service agreement and applicable obligations. Information should be kept only as long as necessary for these purposes. You can ask us for details that apply to your file.
Admin access is restricted to authorized people. Private access, personal links and security controls help protect requests. Do not share the personal link to a quote.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to your information, corrections or deletion where applicable. You may also withdraw consent, subject to obligations that apply to your file. Withdrawal may limit our ability to continue a request or service.
Use the contact details at the bottom of this page and include “Privacy” and your request reference, if you have one. We may request a proportionate identity check before releasing information. Do not send identity documents without being asked.
